This is my Book Of BlackMarks

If you Reach 5 Blackmarks, you'll get a day ban,
If you then get 7, you'll get an added to days,
Reach 10, you will be banned for a week
12+ will be Perm Ban

You can also lose Black marks

Sometimes I will be leniant, sometimes i won't

You will get a Black mark for spam, flaming etc.

I will decide how many blackmarks you will get

I have had an argument yes, but I broke NO rules, controlled myself and offended no one. Personally I think Matthew deservs a pernament ban.

The ammount of spamming and offensive language Matthew has used, he deserves a hundered black marks

I think they are fair so far. They get wiped after a month as well. Is that OK Will?
